After a relatively successful first time bid in the outback and sand of Queensland, Australia, the Off-Road Rebels club is moving back to the Northern Hemisphere. To the land of rolling moorlands, right by the North Sea.
Learning from the triumphs and the mistakes of the club that came before, this time around, we will find ourselves doing new things, making new experiences, and most of all, having fun and making use of the various pick-ups and SUV's given to us.
First off, the car list. This is the official list of vehicles that are allowed for use in club lobbies, barring some vehicles like jacked up cars (Capri Horizon Edition) and passenger cars converted into rally cars which I'll delegate on.

In terms of actual conduct while out on the road (Again, like the car list, subject to change)
- Please try to keep single file when out on the road, as so the entire convoy doesn’t turn into a **** show. If it’s a wide enough road, or more and likely, on the highway, we might do two or three a breast.
- Keep to about a 30 to 35 MPH top speed on the back roads, with the top speed on the highway being 40 MPH.
- For the most part, once we leave the starting point, one vehicle will be designated as the leader. However, this isn’t permanent. Because…
- We will be taking simulated breaks at various points. This might be on the side of the road, or on a dirt roundabout, or a farm. This will be so if any of you need to actually do something (go get a drink, go to the washroom, anything like that) you can go do it. This is also where we’ll be switching lead vehicle, if there are any volunteers. Don’t worry about waiting your turn to be the lead vehicle, I’ll try to get as many people as I can to get a turn, but it isn’t that important. If you decline, that’s fine.
- Try to keep about two car lengths away from other drivers, so we don't have a bunch of people bumping into one another.
- Passenger cars that can be dressed up as rally cars, and purpose spec off-road vehicles like the Ridgeline Baja Truck are allowed. However, only one is allowed at a time, if you wish to use one of these vehicles, wait until someone changes out of them. This rule also extends to incredibly large vehicles like the Unimog and Gurkha, lobby settings permitting.
In order to keep things relatively fresh (in keeping tune with the seasons changing every week or so) lobbies will be done every two weeks, on Saturdays, around 1:00 to 3:00 Central Standard Time. I'm also deciding on whether or not we should do off-road spec races as well, that will come at a later date, when things are closer to release and I can see the race creator suite and what it does.
I will now be taking reservations for those that are interested in joining. In order to join, please list your location, time zone (if applicable), Xbox Live username, and whether you play on PC or Xbox One when you post. I will add you to the list of people that comes after this post.
HAPPY OFF-ROADING!
