I've got a setup for a BTR that i ran an 8:34 at the nurburgring with (without dying or hitting a wall once!). here's the setup:

1986 RUF BTR

394 hp
n1 tires
racing brakes (12 f+r)
no driving aids
race flywheel
triple clutch
no downforce
-50 weight balance @168
chassis stiffening
racing suspension: (all are equal front and back)
9.1 springs
79 ride height
5 bound
6 rebound
3.4 camber
0 toe
7 stabilizer

the brakes on this car are not strong enough for the power, so break early! this setup is also good if you equip sport tires. i stabilized the car a lot, but i still allowed some oversteer when in slow corners (and when you're off throttle). beware the n1 tires, they are the hardest to drive in the game, but are the most realistic (to stock tires in rl). if youd like ill try to setup for any other ruf car or any other car for that matter.

PS drifting with this setup is much easier.

Speaking of the Ginetta G4, I just unlocked that about 3 or so hours ago.

It's one of those rare gems that I stumble across here and there. I've never really heard about it, but I'm actually quite attached the the car. I love it's classic looks, it's got lots of "oomph" and a nice sound. How much it weighs contributes to most of the joy it is to drive it.

Had a few little slips, my previous ghost lap i was a second and a half faster through the first few turns up to the back uphill sweepers where you go full tilt. I wouldn't be suprised if I can get down into the 6:14's. I am alwaysl tweaking and by no means a suspension expert. If you find something that obviously works better than what I am doing please let me know so I can try it out. Car currently has a stage 3 turbo, I haven't tried a stage 4 yet, mainly because I feel like in gt3 the power would be too peaky to really use to whole rpm range, so I use the nitrous on the straights. This car favors mid to late braking and hard on the throttle out of turns. 1st and 2nd gears are pretty useless, care should be taken in 3rd because it will spin if not treated nice :)
