The Ferrari is a 456 model. The Maranello's predecessor, I believe. I don't see anything in the 1st pic that looks like a M1 either. There's only an E36 M3 Coupe, Porsche 911 Convertible model, and a Ferrari 360 Modena in it.CCX

Seeing as no on else has picked these up, the three cars (the GT40-looking tail of the first, the silver and blue gullwing cars) are by a German firm called Isdera. It says here http://www.isdera.de that the first one is an Erator from 1968 and is powered by a Mercedes V8, while the other two are Imperators. They're very rare, as the only way to buy them is by phoning the factory, it says here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isdera
