That's what the sticking point has been - there are legitimate, legal and ethical uses for the system. The problem is that it is equally appealing to people who want to abuse it as it is to people who use it appropriately, which has exposed the flaws of the system.I wonder if, apart from him losing his job, he actually did something against the law and will be prosecuted for it.
