Wow man, what a post, and what an incredible life story. It just goes to show how much a friendly, small (if you count 200k people from all over the world, small ) community like GTP can pretty much change someones life.

Well done, Alex. Downer moods or not, you were always popular, and in your own way may have influenced people to examine their own lives and improve on it. There was even a time you almost left us for good - still you never gave up, and here you are 5000 posts later, and even running your own Forum elsewhere, still able to pop in and hang out with your GTP buddies. I'm proud to call myself a buddy of yours - it's been a slice - and it's great to see you grow, evolve, and unashamedly fight your battles in view of the whole wide world. Congrats, ol' buddy, and big hugs!
