It's supposed to be fake crying, but... that's not exactly what it looks like.

You mean back in 2020 when the US had stay at home orders?
Yeah. A rule anyone would know not everyone would follow, some people don't even understand curfew during a riot... :indiff:

I absolutely do not understand how the answer to that question is "yeah". Because it destroys your point.

So instead of admitting I'm right, you're gonna worry about one word?

You see how this does not line up with your original statement.
It most certainly does. For starters they knew damn good and well people,
A weren't gonna follow it.
B "essential workers" still had to work

Do I need to keep giving you examples of people not following directions from the government?

This really has nothing to do with the Rona. It's human nature.

What does:

"What happened to the 2 weeks to flatten the curve mantra? Damn long 2 weeks, ain't it?"

...have to do with whether people followed rules or essential workers had to work or whether "they" knew damned well that this was the case?

Everything.

I disagree. Having a discussion is fine. But not everyone wants to have a multi-page argument with a person that is going to disagree no matter what you say.
What @ryzno and I just had was not a discussion, it was incoherent. There's quite a bit of real estate between having a multi-page argument (with like, actual thoughts) and the 6-week abortion that just happened.

No, maybe I'm trying to make y'all think. You're obviously smarter than me since my posts are incoherent... Y'all just can't stop bringing that up...
Everything I'm about to say I've said here before, excuse me if I'm tired of wasting my time.
If the 2 weeks to flatten the curve was to ever work, they should've implemented martial law and literally shut EVERYTHING down.
Big stores could've stayed open but with online delivery only. Actually buy some food and cook it, bam restaurants didn't need to be open.
Gas stations didn't need to be open to the public, everyone nonessential should've been at home.
Now the essential workers part. I'm gonna ask you a question. Do you think construction workers building a condo highrise starting at $500K is considered essential during a "pandemic"? They thought I was.
I never got the opportunity to live off the rediculous unemployment benefits. I worked needlessly potentialy exposing myself to the Rona every day. Did I get a thank you from anyone? No. Did I get any kinda hazardous pay bonus? No.
I don't know about everyone else but a true lockdown would've prevented to TP for your bunghole shortage IMO. I still can't wrap my head around why TP was SO IMPORTANT. Also I don't know if it's just me but when I do my normal monthly shopping, I stock up on things for a month In case **** like this happens. And by stock up, I don't mean buy every package of TP, an 18 pack is more than enough for the month for us. People are idiots, that don't know how to plan for anything. Hell buy some frozen meals or cansof chefboyrd if you don't know how to cook and use the microwave you bought for decoration. McD's didn't need to be open. I didn't need to be working. The whole damn thing was a waste of time and money from the get go.

Oh and I support a womans right to choose what she wants to do with her easily prevented situation...
