OK so according to that tweet he has spent $111,400,000 on golf ($400,000 x 278.5).
Let's assume he has played golf everyday since taking office (which he hasn't) which is 970 days.
That means that each round of golf has cost him $114,845 each. That's either some expensive golf or it's BS.

From Huffpost...

Donald Trump’s golf habit has already cost taxpayers at least $102 million in extra travel and security expenses, and next month will achieve a new milestone: a seven-figure presidential visit to another country so he can play at his own course.

U.S. taxpayers have spent $81 million for the president’s two dozen trips to Florida, according to a HuffPost analysis. They spent $17 million for his 15 trips to New Jersey, another $1 million so he could visit his resort in Los Angeles and at least $3 million for his two days in Scotland last summer ― $1.3 million of which went just for rental cars for the massive entourage that accompanies a president abroad.

And, notwithstanding Trump’s campaign promise that if elected he would not play golf at all, the White House has done preliminary work for Trump’s visit to his resort on the west coast of Ireland next month, according to Irish media and government sources, even though no official meeting with Irish leaders is planned in the capital, Dublin.

...

The vast majority of Trump’s golf costs result from his insistence on playing at his Florida courses in West Palm Beach and Jupiter, where he has spent 61 days while staying at his resort in the nearby town of Palm Beach. A weekend trip to Mar-a-Lago averages $3.4 million, with most of that resulting from the hundreds of thousands of dollars it costs each hour to fly both the modified Boeing 747 that serves as the primary Air Force One, as well as the C-17 cargo planes required to move all the support vehicles in Trump’s motorcade.

Yes, the majority of the cost is from travel and the additional security measures. https://trumpgolfcount.com/

Though the donation seems misleading when you factor in that the government is spending money at his courses/resorts, so he's getting that money back and probably even more than that.
You mean he charges his security detail for entry and concessions? The art of the deal...

It's unlikely that annual salary even covers just two hours of AFO operation.

https://www.businessinsider.com/air-force-one-travel-costs-president-trump-2017-2

According to a Freedom of Information Act request filed by Judicial Watch, the VC-25A cost a whopping $206,000 an hour to operate during a 2014 trip to Los Angeles by President Barack Obama. According to the documents, this figure included fuel, flight consumables, and maintenance.
Apparently he also receives $100,000 annually in nontaxable travel expenses, so let's call it 2.5 hours.

He made no mention of donating the $50,000 expense account or the additional $19,000 for entertainment, the latter of which is sure to cover at least a couple Russian hooker pee-pee shows.

Can't imagine that would go for free. They do get a nice discount on merchandise at the NJ club.

Trump also has the hotel in Washington D.C. The best move for Trump would be to schedule the visits during the low-demand times to fill up the vacancies.

During the first year of Donald Trump’s presidency and the four months preceding his inauguration, the Trump International Hotel in Washington charged the Secret Service more than $200,000 in taxpayer money, including a bill topping $30,000 for two days of use, according to expense documents obtained by NBC News.

The documents, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request covering Secret Service expenditures, detail money the agency spent at the property from September 2016 to February 2018, which came to a total of $215,254.

Had no idea he was this far gone. I just assumed low IQ but this seems like the dementia has been getting bad for a while now

Hurricanes are getting more severe, and category 5 is just every hurricane above a certain wind speed, meaning it encompasses a wide range of storms, too wide. The current thinking is that for the more severe hurricanes that are starting to show up, category 6 is needed. Currently it doesn't exist.

Also I know this is not the point you're making, I'm just talking.

Some of us are already smart enough to be able to understand when you are being fed BS! Others it seems just drink the koolaid and ignore reality!
Heh. Like the reality that neither of those quotes have been attributed to either individual with any kind of corroboration.
