Please God let this game be released on the 7th!
Keep on dreaming i will do the samePlease God let this game be released on the 7th!
I'm happy to watch this guy's videos. he's getting a lot of publicity on this forum. perhaps he's here... right now... he might be one of us...
I’ll say it Again: Both Real Life and Assetto Corsa have "tire squeal sound” on curves, It is Missing from Project Cars. I know any tire will make noise when pushed hard into corners, I think someone dropped the ball unless you can turn it off, that needs to get fixed before release.
There is no tire squeal sound in the replay. It is a replay limitation.
So, the sound is there when you are actually playing/driving??
Are they aware and working on the replay squeal sound??

Can we turn off that blur effect?! Good blur is hard to realize and it always hits performance!I'm quite liking the little motion blur effect they've put in for the scenery. makes the cars and tarmac stand out a bit more against the background. if the game had come out a couple of months ago we wouldn't have had that.
delays can be good.
Yes, you can turn it off.Can we turn off that blur effect?! Good blur is hard to realize and it always hits performance!
this amount of tire squeal is enough for me....and if you pay attention to the real life video you just dont hear it at all.....no need to delay anything...yes lets have another delay for a month or so to fix tire squeal .give the fans what they want .( hope you realise its a game poeple not real life }it will probably be june release as it is .why not extend it more .
FTFY. Remember, sound designers can be hideously wrong with engine sounds (look at forza and gt) so it shouldn't be how they want it to soundI'd rather have what the car actually sounds like in person, not a 5 $ mic
I think it's quite a subtle effect. sometimes you have to look to see if it's even there. but as always, it's good to know SMS have put it in the options for us.Can we turn off that blur effect?! Good blur is hard to realize and it always hits performance!
I dunno', the BMW in AC doesn't seem to being pushed that hard. To me, it sounds like a less annoying version of GT's obnoxious tire squeal in every corner.I’ll say it Again: Both Real Life and Assetto Corsa have "tire squeal sound” on curves, It is Missing from Project Cars. Since you'll never hear a virtual car sounding like its real counterpart due to several limitations (engine, sound equipment form dev/player side, Id rather trust a sounddesigner who should know how to handle the transition between the real and the virtual world...regarding GT, Im still amazed how such sh** sounds could pass QA...really Or maybe it was limitations in the sound engine..FTFY. Remember, sound designers can be hideously wrong with engine sounds (look at forza and gt) so it shouldn't be how they want it to sound
Nope. Map style is fixed. But with community API tools you can have the full map including cars positions on an additional monitorI only have a small question but can you edit the map whilst racing so that the entire map is shown?
when Gameriot posted these vids on YouTube a few weeks ago he said he had lots more footage but hasn't posted anything else. I asked if he was going to but had no reply yet. perhaps he's not allowed at this late stage.
