Well, it doesn't change the fact that overzealous downshifting will send you spinning :)
In fairness this is in driveclub as well, though maybe not as exact and probably not as realistic. The reason why I'm excited for project cars isn't because of one or two small details, it's because there are so small details making up the physics engine. Combine that with a genuine career mode, a large and varied track+car list, and I think this could be a game I spend years playing.

It's the pirated build from last year, so it's not even representative of what the game is like for a novice on a gamepad (or is he using keyboard steering?).

Notice around 3:02 he loses the back end. That's due to engine braking from downshifting too early, like applying rear brakes only entering the corner. Sim physics = awesome

I did that once when taking my car around the Nurburgring, nearly wet my pants. Came out the other side of the corner though with the biggest grin you've seen.

Lost my gtr once on the ring ... 2 wheels on grass. When you get out and imagine what could happen is some emotion yep. Never drove as fast since

987 Formula A! It is in German, what is he saying???

To give a short summary:
- AI at 95%
- AI is quite aggressive and uses every little opportunity to overtake you; sometimes they just crash into you
- probably no pit crew for release, will likely come as post release patch
- Formula A cars are very fragile (in a positive sense)
- not every detail of Formula 1 is simulated (not necessary to use both soft and hard compounds, DRS and KERS isn't lifelike to 100%, ...)
- if wheel to wheel contact happens, you will literally lift off (like in RL)
- in his opinion, Formula A is a little bit too easy to drive
