Well, what do you know, a lobby that I may actually be able to make. Couple of questions though:
1) Can non-members join the lobby?
2) Are non-members restricted to a certain role (e.g. racer)?
3) Are mics required for non-members?

While i'm not @Ameer67, i could answer these question.
1. Yes, you can join in.
2. Nope, both Members and non members could have both roles of being racer or a cop. However everyone will have to switch roles between a racer and police so most likely you will spend most of your lobby time as a policeman. That's why everyone must have at least one police car ready.
3. Not needed but still recommended.

Great! Like I've said before, I'm hesitant to apply for a membership due to my frequent inactivity, but it's good to see that I can still take part. I'll probably start out as a racer while I find my feet (and grab a mic, and make GCPD police cars, and...)

I believe racer roles are randomly given. You might have to start out as a cop.
