Maybe. How much power are you making? Can it compete with my Supra?
At least my cars are unique. And sometimes functional."It's a surprise." - @Gotbeefboy564
My XBL runs out on Saturday, so I won't be available for the next 3 weeks (including this weekend), and because of this I'm thinking of hosting a lobby tomorrow at 6PM GMT/2PM EDT if there's enough people willing to join.
Plan is to start with a round of Most Wanted featuring the 1990 Chevy Camaro IROC-Z, tuned to the top of C Class, going from the Coober Pedy gas station to a farm right next to the Timber Mill, and possibly have an open patrol afterward, if there's enough interest for it.
Most Wanted route is 4.6 miles and should take around 3 minutes if the racer sticks to the route and stays on the roads.
Note: I think all C Class cars shouldn't exceed 350HP, for both cops and racers, to keep it balanced.
I'll make another post tomorrow for people to like so I can see how many will be able to turn up.
You could always join while the lobby is still in progress, or if it's more convenient for everyone I could easily move it back an hour or two.Sounds like a plan... except there's one problem for me: too early. I'm still in school at that time.
From what I've been hearing, the C-Class is quite broken in terms of overpowered cars. Does anyone have any ideas for how to fix this imbalance?
I think a way of making it more balanced is to limit the power of cars in C Class, and I think 350HP is a good number for that since that's what the heavier cars can get (CVPI can have around 300HP with some weight reduction). When I was talking to @ZDUPH about it on FH3 he said that making everyone use street tyres would be another fix although that would mean pretty much any car already high in C Class would be unable to be used since I think most of them get bumped up to B just from the street tyres. From what I've been hearing, the C-Class is quite broken in terms of overpowered cars. Nothing over 400 HP?
Or rather, all cars must be stock?

If we did that I think it would need to be more than just a power restriction for each class as, quite obviously, a 350HP MX-5 is a whole lot quicker than a 350HP Transit. Basing it around a power/weight ratio limiter I think would be best, and it could even prevent having massively overpowered cars in other classes as well.It seems like a power restriction is looking like the best option so far.
Some proposals for each class, although I have yet to test how effective they would be, purely based on the P/W ratios of stock cars at the top of each class (as close to 1000KG as possible).Power-to-weight! I did not think of that. We'll need to figure out the best P2W ratios for the C-Class and other classes, but I feel that THIS could be the key.
What time is it by you right now? That's an interesting change for once. Would love to join in, I just hope its within my time and not 2 in the morning.
