Pro Tip: Instead of making 5 mediocre shots, concentrate on making one, or two really 'Stupid Hot' shots. -Jaden Low (Taiga)
I learned the hard way. Make it easy on yourself. No need to rush to show them all at once, another page is coming.👍

Great advice. I'm still stuck in the "taking 30+ shots phase", and waste half my time narrowing them down to 5 or 7 that look best.

yep. everyone goes through this stage. the difference is, you do it well!Great advice. I'm still stuck in the "taking 30+ shots phase", and waste half my time narrowing them down to 5 or 7 that look best.
I think most of us learned the hard way. its weird to think that only about half a year ago i spammed you guys with boring, stupid photos, and you guys liked them, so i just kept on going. it took quite a while to realize that i wasn't actually very good, and that's where Photoshop came in. and my actual photo-taking skills improved as well. if only i had someone tell me how bad i was, i would have started, err, being better, earlier. either that or just given up on photomode altogether! and i mean, I only just got ok at this. and now I'm addicted to it. I spent like 7 hours yesterday taking and editing my latest set. Thanks ADHD for allowing me to hyper-focus!

To be honest, the more you take, the more good one's you end up with. if you take ten pictures in a session, and end up with 5 really good ones, then cool. but if you take 50 in a session, you might end up with 25 really good ones, then you can slowly release your favorites. take as many photo's as you feel like, the trick is to not upload all of them in one go. . the only bad side is ending up with upwards or 3000 photo's stuck on your USB, not worthy enough to post, but you don't want to get rid of them, like me.Oh, well thanks! I am trying to take less, but sometimes (like a up-coming set,) I just get too carried away.
