How do you get the wheels with white border

There is a type of rim that has a silver boarder around it, but it is quite hard to notice it from the rim selection menu. I am not sure what they are called, but when you buy them, paint them black and it looks like that.

Wheels are OZ Botticelli III and u can buy them in black,but u can't paint the "lip".It's only polished or something....

I totally agree with you. The GT photomode does a very good job of simulating the many aspects of photography.
I also think many don't fully understand the effort it takes to get those truly photorealistic shots from a game. It takes a keen eye and a good understanding of lighting, sense of depth etc.
