Yep, don't we all. I seem to be able to find them a little better on GT6 though compared to 5. Strange that.

GIMP or PAINT.NET
Any program where you can edit the Colour Levels and add new layers softening up the opacity does the job, the rest is pure luck/ability in game with the camera
