People, please shield your eyes from my most unrealistic photos ever taken:

Just out of interest, what settings are you guys using on your cameras to get these realistic pictures? I want to take even more "unrealistic" photos tomorrow... :P

If that's your goal I'd make sure to use standard cars only @f45 and at least +1 EV to make sure you catch all the nasty glory of the grey wheelwells and such. Then run it through photoshop and add as much saturation as you possibly can. Use the filter "sharpen more" about 15 times and it's mission accomplished ;)

Thanks for that but isn't that technically cheating? The photos I posted are all clean, unedited photos but I could try editing them to make them look nice.

Ok, are you being serious or joking like I was?

Honest question...

If you are talking about the photos then the ones I posted before are clean, unedited photos taken using only GT5 functions. If you are talking about something else then I don't know what you mean.

How's this for a touch-up on Pixlr?

most of my work is done in photoshop. Turn down saturation, add some noise and a slight blur for great success. After that in importance is light levels.

Ok, I'm sorry because I was being completely sarcastic in my other post...

Personally I am with you and prefer to post only "clean" in game shots with no editing at all. I see that as the point IMO.

(Bear in mind that I am viewing these on my phone)

Your first one looks flat to me. The lighting really makes it look like a VG to me. I think it could be good if the EV was turned down some or.... ah-hem... some adjustments in PS.

The second one is OK on its own. I personally wouldn't edit it and I think maybe panning mode 3 would have been a better choice to keep the motion blur off of the car.

The last one bugs me to no end because the car isnt in focus. I get that this was the point but if you're going after the pretty sunset I'd just move the car down the road and out of the frame entirely ;)

Just my $0.02, do with it what you will ;)

That's what I meant by "Unrealistic" lol  . Here's another touchup on Pixlr but unfortunately some mud got on the lens of the camera when taking the photo :dunce: :

I will refuse to believe that your 6 year old son took these amazing photos 👎

Going to upload more photos when I can and put more editing into them 💡 .

Believe what you want. He's been using a real SLR camera for two years now. He'll be 7 next month.

Besides that these only have the shutter speed knocked down and pan mode @3 they are not complex or edited. Anyone can do this easily.
