How do you add speed to photos in scapes mode? I see the option there but it never lets me click on it?

How do you add speed to photos in scapes mode? I see the option there but it never lets me click on it?

When you're taking a scapes photo, its in camera options. Panning shots should be available, as long as there would be reasonably enough room for a car to move. Then go back to car options and you can change the speed of the car.
If it's greyed out then maybe you're in a scapes location that doesn't allow for panning shots?
