Ya, my bad for not changing it :/ other than that it was a pretty good first points race (except for me getting disconnected grr)

Ya I saw "g2g p" and thought oh boy thats not good! No big wrecks either

:D Teehee, you summed up the race: I was winning, "g2g p" I was losing. Tada! Race summarized.

EDIT* We missed the part about James blatantly lying about getting pole, when he actually qualified behind Storm, you and me. We also missed the summary of the way everyone's saying he's the GTP Pastor Maldonaldo. He took Storm and me out today. He did the same thing @ ALMS, and we doubt he'll be allowed back because of his lack of control and mean driving. A possible course of action is the election of a new co-leader for this thread and the REMOVAL of James6653.

But i would hope if more people want you out, that you would leave. That way you don't ruin the whole thing.

james6653
ya if the series gets full I will leave and everyone wants me to leave I will

Here's what I'm going to say;

1. No "start and park" if your going to do that, leave.

2. The room settings aren't going to cater to your needs, no one else had problems last night.

3. Learn to drive with real grip reduction, you say your a real race car driver, this shouldn't be too hard.

4. No last second changes, wanting to turn qualifying to a 2 laps race once the room opened isn't ok and won't happen.

5. Don't announce your lap time... Obviously your list was messed up, you weren't in P1 with a 2:16...... I had like a 1:46. It's embarrassing.

As MrMelancholy said, or putting it another way; while polarbear345 can't outright kick you out, he can ask other members of the series whether or not we want you removed.

Now from my viewpoint, you've made few contributions to the series as a whole from the start, especially if you were to compare it to polar, myself, adeadsnipermatt and possibly a few others. Now I dunno how much off-the-forums stuff you've been doing or discussing with polar, but given that you're host, you should be making ONE OF THE MOST contributions; period.

As it looks from the racing you've done thus far, and how you tried to manage the lobby when you was in control, you weren't showing much consideration for the general basic track/event/regulations set up at all.

It seems you're not used to racing without the game's auto-aids either, nor were you familiar with the cars you used. You spent more time off the track than I cared to consider, and there were a few moments where I thought that you were going to T-Bone my car mid-race. It was bad enough my driving was s*** without that to add to my worries.

We're just saying the things you should change. If you want to help someone else, fine. I better not see any copying of regulations! And who are you helping?

I don't care and wouldnt dream of copying these regulations that's non of your business who I'm helping

Well if your going to copy all the cars...and regs, you may as well stay. We aren't forcing you out. We're just expressing our concerns as the same thing is happening in the ALMS. Both you and I said we don't want dirty drivers, you've been one.

StormPacer
It doesn't matter. Won't hurt for him to try.

He's helping the guy with the lmp2 and gt2 Endurace championship...I was looking at it and in the comments....BAM James!

Take it from WILL BUXTON. I swear, that's who Carnby or Jackson meant, when they said you sounded like a Formula One announcer.

Anyways, James, you can stay, but, don't try to tell us lies to get poles that aren't deserved. Freshseth, Carnby, Winner and a couple guys were running 40 seconds faster. In the ALMS forums, just like in this one, people are telling you to PUT MORE WORK INTO THIS. If you want to be competitive in the TOP LEVEL of Rolex competition (heheh, lol)

Anyways, go work out a tune that handles better for your Toyota, don't park, and DON'T USE THE CHAT BOX WHILE ON TRACK.

Took me awhile to get it...but I got it!

And for the weather/time tracks:

I'm going to look at the weather for the area the track is in, to make the weather more real... And because I'm pretty anxious before the races and it'll give me something to chew up time :P

Right. Monza; occasional rain (changeability= 6)
Spa; rains every time (changeability=10)
Nürburgring (?) gets dark a lot, and occasional rain

Anyways, could we run the races as part of an afternoon-evening-fall of night type deal?

It's not just your on track performance that is a issue, the forum activity is just as important. You have to think of this almost as a business, if someone asks a question you give them a awnser before they can blink, make the product attractive (those kick butt pictures in the op), and being nice and not making excuses. All ya have to do is erase the last month or so and go back to awnsering questions and being more active (and practicing with real grip reduction :))

Yes on the tracks that have that option, and spa isn't on our list :( stupid dlc that not everyone has :(

Such a shame.. Let me think of the other tracks... Right, Le Mans? Over the course of 24 hours, it DOES tend to rain at some point, but, rather lightly...

Ummmm, which tracks am I missing?

EDIT** Suzuka; MONSOON SEASON. (Suzuka F1 2010?)
