I didn't say you were a ****, I was initially angry and claimed I was mad. The PS3 froze because I forgot to turn on the fan again. I guess we can have a two strike rule, you freeze once, you can return, if you freeze twice, you can return, but after that, no more. If we have another driver disconnecting after that, a one strike rule. If a driver uses up his two strike rules, one last person can have a strike. If the last person uses his strike, no one else can return.
Let's say Driver A disconnects. He disconnects once, returns, and disconnects again. He returns, but then Driver B disconnects. He gets to return, but if he disconnects again, he won't start. Driver C then disconnects, he doesn't get to race.
If two drivers disconnect simultaneously, they get to return again. They disconnect again, they both get to return. One (or two) of them disconnects, they are not allowed to return.
If three or more disconnect, they all get to return. After that, if one disconnects, they get to return but if anyone else disconnects, no more waiting.
