When I proposed this schedule I didn't know of the existence of "30 minutes" time zones.
Anyway, it's no big deal, last night me and GTP_ENERGIYA[AU] were racing for a few hours and, before that, we PM'ed each other through PSN to make sure we got synced. I did 00-12-24-36-48-00 and he did 30-42-54-06-18-30.
As long as the in-game clock is properly set and we know in advance what minute to hit start, all goes well.
(even if, because last night the W.E. was crowded, a few times we ended up in different, but simultaneous, races)
