Lot of people angry and blaming the Mazda in the comments as well. Agree the Mazda pulled out, but I don't think the Lamborghini was doing 30mph when it went airborne! It's possible that 2 people be at fault, the Lambo owner was very apologetic, since his role in crash wasn't an accident...
The Mazda driver would have been pulling out for longer than it would have taken the Lambo to stop from 30. Either the Lambo was going more than 30, or they just thought 'I've got an expensive car, every other bugger should get out of the way for me'.
I thought he was nodding off to sleep! Given that he had no protection for his arms (and trousers don't look particularly tarmac resistant), he may have been fortunate that he landed on the car in front like he did...
The time taken for the airbag to fully deploy is much longer in the 7 series, so that video is obviously at a much slower frame rate, I'd buy that both vehicles were travelling at the same speed.
Brilliance Automotive is BMW's chosen partner in China. They make there own cars, they make BMW's for BMW, and they make Zinoro's with BMW.
