Me and my mom have been drinking this for almost 2 months now. Trying to limit sugar. My doctor got all over me back in December when she found out I was eating a bunch of sweets and sugar.
I find the taste of sugar free pop to be a bit yuck.

I’m sure the sweetness and things they use to replace the sugar are just as unhealthy. Better off with water.

You may want to reevaluate swapping Sugar for sweeteners especially Aspartame

https://www.who.int/news/item/14-07-2023-aspartame-hazard-and-risk-assessment-results-released

As your mum is going through cancer treatment your family and yourself maybe more susceptible to Aspartame and its potential side effects.

Natural Sugars (fruit with pulp if you’re drinking it & just fruit and vegetables as these have the fibre to help slow release of sugars) and other non-refined sugars (Honey, Maple Syrup or Panela also know as Gudd, Gur, Jaggery) are better.

When you’re eating piles of Pasta that’s huge amounts of carbs which is broken down into… yep you guessed it, sugar.

If you eat healthier and stop the high carb and sugar intakes which you seem to keen on, your body will thank you.

This is the most consumed drink in our house these days. ( low sugar forest fruit soda )

I would like to try it but it is not available in our country. It would have a different taste.
  • Buy regular Pepsi
  • Get tires inflated on you way home
  • Pour Pepsi into glass
  • Place one end of air hose into your glass, the other end on your tire
  • Dispense
  • ???
  • Profit

In our country, tires are inflated with standard air. Inflating nitrogen is a paid practice, think about a price of $11 per tire.

Top tip for pop fans: when you order a pop from a fast food chain, I.e. McDonald’s or KFC, ask for no ice.

You get a full cup of unadulterated soda stream pop that will last twice as long as a cup full of ice.

Thank me later.
