So she is going for Super Bitch then? Perhaps she can use the element of surprise to her advantage, seeing as Super Bitch thinks she's still in New Ponyville.



Also, convincing Flutters was as difficult as I imagined it would be. The reasons she gave, like saying she was more of a monster than NMM, did leave me thinking, but she was really beating herself up about it. Plus under the circumstances, she had no other option. Even after Twi told her what really happened that night when the EoH failed, she still didn't believe her, and it's understandable. But the fact that she has some level of hope means that she can help out instead of Twi looking for another candidate for the Element of Kindness.

We just need to see how RD and Pinkie get on looking for AJ's element, but I get a feeling they may find something more than what they're searching for.

This may be resolved in the next chapter too.

Or maybe not. Soon though.

Pinkie in denial over what happened in Ponyville was presented in quite an unsettling way, plus Dash being anxious about the proceedings only added to that feeling. Ultimately, Pinkie coming to terms with what happened and putting it all behind her after snapping as a result of RD’s aggression, which brought on by her anxiousness and suspicion, was good to see. It actually went easier than I had expected, but Fluttershy may prove to be a tougher challenge (can't remember what we said in the chat after part 18 went up in regards to how difficult it would be for Twi and Dash to convince Pinkie and Flutters the join them).

Wow! That was a creepy one! Pinkie Pie being "normal" really scared me. This condition was way more dangerous than her crazy version.
Great work on the voices! Yes, voices! Because when I read the text I clearly hear them! This is one of the things why I love this story. I thought that it will be a bigger challenge to bring her back, but looks like she already was fighting her fears.

Also, we now know that The General is Snips, both because of what was said during the flashback, and the fact that he used his ability related to his Cutie Mark to gruesome effect. There may not have been much detail given as to what happened, but it was a grim end for somepony when the guards started their attempt at pushing forward. So really, after almost a year, 🤬 is finally going down in New Ponyville.

I see that he like the idea of NMM's corruptive ability! Trixie is corrupted, Rainbow Dash (Captain) is corrupted and now Snips feels how he becomes "one of them"

Yeah, I had a feeling it was him after the last chapter or 2, and his corruption leads to some gruesome actions, which are fuelled by anger. Using his special talent as a rather powerful weapon was a really smart move actually.
