Yeah I'm still around, just kinda slowly stopped checking in with the fandom when the season ended. Havne't gone off the show or anything, still looking forward to season 3.
I don't even want to think how far behind on my fanfics I am
Things didn't really change much in terms of fan output when the season ended, much like last year when season 1 finished. There's been more interest in the summer Brony conventions, and Kyrospawn hasn't made any new videos since the last season ended, but apart from those I can't think of anything that's changed much in the past few months.
I only have a small selection of fics which I can be bothered to follow now, but it's more than I had during the first few months of this year. Back then it was pretty much just TNTNE and The Ballad (of Ed's Fic That Never Updates), but I have been reading a few more newer stories since then, and one older fic.

I was quite free yesterday so, I took some time to watch MLP without any distractions and to my surprise, I really enjoyed it! Just caught the first & second episode on Youtube and it was great! 👍 I really underestimated the storyline. It's been so long, I guess I forgot how fun it was watching cartoons.
Too bad the kiddies channel over here doesn't have My Little Pony.

I took the line "Fleeting scenes of memories passing by" as a reference to the Dream Theater album, Scenes from a Memory. However I'm very sure Mando doesn't listen to Dream Theater. It's a good song too, it's going to my playlists right now.
Anyway, I've hit a Brony achievement. I've gotten non Bronies to like listening to Brony music. They loved listening to Loyalty from Mando/Acousticbrony, and Mando's Shining Armor. Along with Cupcakes from Tarby (part of his 20 minute long "Something broke"). And they did agree that Bronies are a talented bunch as I was able to show just how many Bronies do such high standard work. If only the rest of the world could just accept that the Brony community is a powerful force.

I once linked a non-brony friend the Living Tombstone remix of Discord.
It's a good song, so I was expecting that he would like it, but I was very surprised when he actually said it was awesome and has listened to it 3 times in a row.
The thing is 80% of this friends replies are either: yes, no, lol and cool.
Needless to say, keeping a conversation going with him on Skype is a pain.
