Can't have a wagon thread without a W123 or CX.

And one of the best looking current wagons in my opinion.

One of the best threads! Love wagons! Just saw a E63 wagon with a badge delete and stock E-class wheels yesterday. You could tell it was a 63 because of the sound and exhaust but it was so stealth! Love the sleeper look that wagons give.

Absolutely, that thing is beautiful. When we had one for testing in the magazine, everyone first drooled over it, then did whatever they had to do with it, THEN drooled again.

This car made a cameo in the opening scene of the movie "Born 2 Race"

Nice Alpina, which reminded me that there also was an E28 Touring-conversion by a company named Schulz which I think was very well executed.

Another rather well executed conversion (to my eyes) is the 944-based Cargo by DP-Motorsport.

Bet that motor doesn't make power anywhere near the rpm range a big block does though haha. Either way thats still pretty sweet

How am I biased? Audis are the best. Even the best dictator ever agreed with me, and he never even got to see the true glory of Vorsprung Durch Technik! Berlin to Warsaw in 2 hours, now that's what I call blitzkrieg. Ferdinand Porsche would be crying into his Panzerjäger if he could see what Quattro System was laying down. Ja.

Sorry had to be a Grammar Nazi... :sly:

Not sure if this has been posted yet. But one of the best looking modern wagons ever made has to be the Alfa Romeo 159 Sportwagon! :D

That Opel Insignia looks awesome too, why can't we have it here... :grumpy:

An Aston Martin wagon?! :odd:

Actually it's not that unusual, in fact David Brown (hence the DB names) himself started it by apparantly wanting something for his hunting trips (so an actual shooting brake) so there was room for his dogs and guns, so he ordered his staff to build a DB6 'wagon'.

Then there's another DB6 version by a different company.

And a DBS shooting brake.

And a 5-door wagon version of the Virage pictured before.

And even a hideous stationcar based of the wedge Lagonda (I like the original version though).
