There's no way to search for online rooms with friends?PS4

I went to the "browse online" tab for the first time. I struggled with the screen for about 20 minutes and realized I couldn't find any way to sort by friends

The only time that I've been online is by invitation. But, I was hoping I would see some of my friends online from this site but there's no way to do that?

If you want to play with PSN friends without needing an invite. You can join them if they are in a public room. Look for friends who are playing on your PS4 friends list and view their profile. If they are in a public lobby, you'll see a 'JOIN' button. Hit that and you can go right to the lobby.

When you look at the lobbies, you will see some familiar names over and over again hosting, those are generally fairly safe bets to meet some good racers. Some names you might recognize from here, especially the guys with GTP before the name.
