Thinking about buying a cockpit/workstation

As the title says I am thinking about getting a cockpit / workstation.

I have looked around a bit and the Obutto seems nice, but it is like many others to low for my purpose since I am looking for something that is in height in regards to the position of the seat to a regular chair. Not only because I plan to use it as a workstation for regular PC use but also because in addition I am not getting any younger and getting up and down almost from and to the floor can be tedious.

Anyone know of a "higher" then normal cockpit for my purpose, or do I have to build one myself ?

playseat evolution sits moderately high. Anything that you buy you could easily build a platform for it if you want it higher. For a perfect fit its actually fun to attempt to build though. Im having fun making one out of pvc right now.

My friend has a obutto, its the best one you can get, everything is adjustable, so you'll never feel uncomfortable Im buying one myself once I get the money
