I’m not farming, not interested in that at all. I’m just getting the highest amount of credits while doing the career mode on normal (=shortest) races. The only way to get more credits for the race from that particular screenshot is by better mod cards since IIRC I used all 3 green cards there (and finished 1st on unbeatable in the Nissan GT-R FE with 50% bonus so nothing can be improved there other than the race length). But on such short races wasting the better mod cards is not worth it.

Besides, you don’t have to explain to me how grinding or farming works in games, believe me. I got a few decades of experience of that under my belt.

I'm referring to this statement you added at the end implying this a farming technique you conjured up.

Yeah fair enough, farming whilst doing the drivers cup then. But the tips I gave would work for long races purely for farming as well, I’d still do it on unbeatable with all assists on in the Nissan GT-R FE. Probably at a map you can really abuse friction assist shortcutting a lot (I think Hockemheim GP or Spa GP would be super easy, especially in the rain since AI tend to drive slower but friction assist doesn’t really feel like it gets affected by rain ).

But I’ve been doing almost exclusively the short races in career, only once I did long length I believe. I felt like I rather progress through the cups quicker (to unlock more showcases for more free cars) rather than doing longer races and taking more time overall. Sure you get more credits then compared to progress but I choose for the latter, I want to get that car tier up as soon as possible and all those expensive showcase cars sure help with that.

Now that I’m on the second (and probably final) part of the driver cup series, after doing all the showcases first I think I might start doing some long and extra long races for the remaining driver cup championships. I got quite a lot of high end mod cards saved up already and I doubt there is much left to unlock after these cup series are maxed out again (other than another 6 FE cars probably).

Although if you're really being honest with all 3 titles and the way you feel about them, it should read:

Project Cars 2 - "the real bug and glitch and crappy framerate and worse graphics than the game it replaces, that doesn't actually work on PS4, but that doesn't matter because I've been too busy gargling on Mr. Bell's ballsack to notice any of that, so I'll keep on going like a broken record about how superior it is regardless of those facts and go on a critical tirade about how the other games are not as good, and still spend 130$+ to play one of them in early access even though I like nothing about it and then whine about it, but with that said on the few occasions I can get PC2 to actually work properly it's a good racing game" simulator.

But the signature length restrictions might not allow you to do so.

^I don't know, Fred. I have been playing PC2 on PS4 and haven't encountered any problems so far. I'm very impressed with the graphics and haven't noticed much stuttering in the framerate department. A bit of an exaggeration on your part, perhaps?
