Hello I bought Thrustmaster 248 to play GT7 on PS5. Unfortunately FF is not working. It works in other games though. I checked on the internet, and seems many people faced such issue after last GT7 update. Considering from update release notes, developers made adjustments for FF settings for some wheels including Thrustmaster T-GT II. And PS5 sees Thrustmaster 248 as Thrustmaster T-GT II. So maybe the issue is here. Does anybody knows how to fix the issue, or if the developers are planning to fix it in upcoming updates?

There is no Force Feedback issue with the T248 in GT7 (it works great).

And yes, the device is recognized as a T-GT in the game. This point is normal and is explain on the user manual of the product (p.11/32): https://ts.thrustmaster.com/download/accessories/Manuals/T248/T248PS_User_manual.pdf

Also don't forget this, this game uses a lot of spring effects, so don't set the Force Feedback to the maximum otherwise all small effects (of the road, of the curves, of the lost control) will disappear.
For example in the GAMES SETTINGS for FFB Max. Torque select 5, 6 or 7 and not more.

Thank you. Looks my issue is not reproduces for all players. Can you please tell me what GT7 version do you have and what T248 firmware version? Maybe this is something that I should look into… In my case I have the last update for the game, and last firmware (2.0) on my wheel

Yes firmware of the wheel is up to date (V2.0) and the game is up to date.
Also don't forget to check the FFB Level inside the screen of your T248.
