Change the cable that goes from the wheel board to the base board.

This issue also happens in the T300, and can be solved the same way. Might also work with the TMX, at the end, it has the same components as the T150.

Posting it here so other people with the same issue on the internet can try this solution. I spent an awful amount of time looking for it, and nobody had the same problem.

Hi,
I have the problem with random button pressing on T150.
Do you have any idea where I can buy a new cable? I have tried google, amazon and ebay searches but I can't find a single one. Maybe I am not using the right wording when searching.

Hello everyone

I'm new here and English is not my native language. Anyway, I have a strange phenomenon with my Thrustmaster T150. It used to work very well but suddenly I can't use it anymore. It seems like the buttons are constantly pressed even though I don't press them. I have connected it to the PC and also updated the firmware several times - but nothing has changed. In the control panel, the PS button (13) and the down button from the D-Panel always seem to be pressed as in the screenshot. This makes it impossible for me to navigate on the Playstation and also not to drive.

I have taken the entire steering wheel apart, unplugged and cleaned the cable and plugged it back in. I also plugged it in upside down. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Is the steering wheel completely ruined or can it still be repaired?

I would be very grateful for any help.
