SambaBus is ok, racing incidents I will remind that room etiquette normal procedure is to wait till all have recovered so one member is not left driving alone till the end of the race.

I look forward to seeing you all for our second Endurance race @ Fuji 27th Feb Gr3. Top tip for this one, watch out for the braking zone at the bottom of the hill (T10) on worn tyres. Use the run-off area if in doubt.

This is an Endurance race this week, not a Time Trial round, one of the race series events is where I take the TT from for a Head to Head race.

Don't forget that tyre & Fuel will come into play in the Endurance, which you will have to manage during the 50 minute race.

This is 'Gentlemen' racing per the vision of our caretaker, Phillip, aka 'The Tire Whisperer'

Important Notice by the race officials.

Info:

Damage and side-impact will be on as no contact is allowed of any kind, side front or back.
Short cut will also be on.

Penalties must be cleared before the start of the next lap, by pulling off the racing line.

Rule

You must pass before the corner or around the outside, as late cutting underneath is not allowed. As this more often than not ends in impact of some sort.

Any contact, you must wait and resume the position as before contact.

Tire Wear: x10

-Racing Hard Tires are required during the race with Racing Medium Tires available. A 20 second penalty will be added to the total time if you fail to use RH tires for at least one lap.-

Chris I think one or two have the idea this endurance is also the head to head qualifier it's not so no need to post a lap time.

And you know if your to quick with your new wheel I'll have to handicap you back to us mere mortals level.

We have some breaking news regards our endurance race that I'll post a little later today, well it is early here and my Brian is not functioning to well, I just had to ask Angela what day it is

Due to the ongoing crisis plaguing the world at the moment, stock markets have tumbled and oil prices have slumped.

We have been informed of a shortage of fuel for our TFN event, we've been forced to reduce our fuel allocation for the start of this next Endurance race.
We'll all be starting on a lower fuel level, we do hope that a new delivery will arrive before the first round of pit stops.

Keep an eye on your fuel levels as some management is likely.

Fabulous Chris, proud owner of a very nice setup and thanks for sharing this with us. It's also nice that members of our group take the time to post interesting news such as this, can only help grab the attention of others looking for a group to join. 👍
