Race report from Silverstone in a KTM X-Bow R.

We have a new race winner, Skinny got the hang of the KTM and nailed it, beating e300vkb into 2nd and Jabbah 3rd. A notable mention should also be old-chad who started an almost ridiculous 1083 laps.

League 1. e300vkb takes the full 10 points and makes up ground on league leader Jabbah. FTR mov and A_Chalk_Outline settled at the bottom.
League 2. Skinny obviously takes the 10 points and with Lanius1984 not taking part this week, now has an almost unassailable lead. Competitive at the bottom though, ChiefyWho in trouble, and then 4 points between me, TrigL, Dpb1975 and awittyusername
League 3. 3 from 3 for Pac-Man292 who is well clear, StackerGB and LazyTurtle battling for the other promotion slot. Botschki and Simon don't look like they're playing any more but I can't relegate them under 'no-show' rules as they have taken part in Race 1.
League 4. Also 3 from 3, is Teamsreth, tight for 2nd between old-chad and Raify

Handicapped Championship. Chlorine79 gets his 2nd win on the bounce, 100Years and postal83 following him.
Ballast Championship. New joiner Wortandysnose takes the win, Pac-Man292 moves into first overall.
Team Championship. Fast(ish) n Loud pip The Bandicoots by a mere 0.124 secs over the 3 drivers and move back into first overall.
Knockout. We're getting to the business end of this and the big result was e300vkb knocking out Jabbah. The quarter-finals are A_Chalk_Outline vs e300vkb, Teamsreth vs Pac-Man292, Zask vs Skinny and IanB-Lincs vs Born2BSlow.

Race report from Sakitto in a Cadillac ATS-V.R GT3.

Normal service has been resumed with Jabbah taking the race win, e300vkb 2nd and Skinny 3rd. old-chad again giving it his all with 885 laps started and looking nailed on for the persistence end of championship awards.

League 1. Jabbah extends his lead from e300vkb to 4 points. Rakanishu2199 and Zask tied for 3rd. Barring some freak circumstances FTR mov and A_Chalk_Outline soon to be heading down to League 2.
League 2. Skinny absolutely miles ahead. Tight between Twistygit, IanB-Lincs and zartherb for the other promotion slot. In the relegation slots is awittyusername (2 races missed, hope he's ok) and ChiefyWho.
League 3. 4 from 4 for Pac-Man292 who is well clear, StackerGB and LazyTurtle battling for the other promotion slot. Botschki and Simon don't look like they're playing any more and heading down.
League 4. Newcomer GTR Yoda takes the win, but it's Teamsreth and old-chad with a bit of clear water for promotion

Handicapped Championship. old-chad takes the win and leaps 19 places. As is the way with the handicapping, Chlorine79 the current overall leader plummets to 40th place in the race but still stays in 1st overall.
Ballast Championship. New joiner GTR Yoda takes the win, Jabbah in the lead by a single point.
Team Championship. Fast(ish) n Loud pip The Bandicoots by a mere 0.3 secs over the 3 drivers and pull clear in first.
Knockout. e300vkb takes out A_Chalk_Outline, Pac-Man292 beats Teamsreth in a very even battle, Zask beats Skinny against the odds and Born2BSlow beats IanB-Lincs. So the semi-fianls are e300vkb vs Pac-Man292 and Zask vs Born2BSlow.

Race Report from Silverstone Stowe
Well, the Chevrolet Camaro ZL-1 did nothing to dispel any pre-formed opinions on American Cars' handling and was a right handful, luckily it was a short track so it was possible to keep it roughly pointed in the right direction for 50 seconds.
Dedicated driver of the week is Wortandysnose who completed 126 laps out of 262 started.
It's e300vkb who takes an early lead in League 1, reigning champion Jabbah consigned to 2nd, followed by Skinny. Born2BSlow surprisingly now in the relegation zone and Twistygit really struggling with this combo.
League 2, A_Chalk_Outline first followed by Pac-Man292, Lanius1984 and StackerGB no-shows.
League 3, Teamsreth miles ahead of his nearest challenger, old-chad. Lotsof no-shows, ChiefyWho, Matt S, RossinHD
League 4, Wortandysnose nearly 5 seconds ahead of PowderMonkey540. With the numbers taking part dropping and the resultant no-shows, I would expect a lot of promotions from League 4 after Race 3.
Handicapped challenge sees Wortandysnose take the win by a mere 0.023 sec.
Team Championship has he Bandicoots as the early leaders.
Knockout Championship, first round with a lot of byes, with the only shock of the round being TrigL knocking out old-chad against the odds.

Race Report from Oulton Park.

Nice little head-to-head between Jabbah and e300vkb with Jabbah taking the lead before a final push from e300vkb pips him by 0.03 sec. Zask takes "The Obsessed Driver of the Week" award with 381 attempts at the perfect lap.

League 1 has the same finishing order of the previous week, e300vkb, Jabbah and then Skinny. Down at the bottom is Twistygit and Born2BSlow who marginally gains on Djbuzz07.
League 2, Pac-Man292 takes the win and is the new league leader, Lanius1984 and StackerGB no-shows at the bottom.
League 3, Teamsreth is 2 from 2 followed by old-chad, both could go up next week if the no-shows continue. Matt S and RossinHD no-showing at the bottom.
League 4, there's potentially 4 no-show slots available next week, with Wortandysnose, PowderMonkey540, 100Years and chmashdejare currently holding those positions.

tuomijr wins the Handicapped race, with FTR mov moving into the league lead.
old-chad wins the Ballast race, with Flagnag leading overall.
In the Team Championship, The Bandicoots are 2 from 2.

Race Report from Watkins Glen in a Lotus Type 49 Cosworth.

Driver of the week is Dpb1975 who logged upwards of 10,000 laps, however this is entirely due to a PCLapUpdater spasm that decided that everytime he drove 10 foot it should count that as a lap and nearly brought down the website, as it was suddenly getting more traffic than Amazon.

It's no-show shuffling time, Lanius1984, StackerGB, Matt S and RossinHD go down. Teamsreth and old-chad go up to League 2, Wortandysnose, PowderMonkey540, 100Years and chmashdejare go up to League 3.
Overall Jabbah takes the win from Pac-Man292 with an early banked lap.
In League 1 e300vkb keeps his lead but Jabbah catches up a bit and Skinny nicely settled in 3rd. Down at the bottom, Twistygit suffering and Born2BSlow battling with Djbuzz07 to avoid dropping out of League 1 for the first time since this started.
League 2, Pac-Man292 nicely out in front but newly promoted Teamsreth is in 2nd. IanB-Lincs, Dpb1975 and zartherb in a 3-way relegation fight.
League 3, promoted Wortandysnose goes straight in to 1st, LazyTurtle chasing, releagtion battle is again a 3-way affair, 100Years, chmashdejare and oldmodelt.
League 4, gemini_snake well out in front but long-time pop in-and-out Simon takes the win, molineux1980 in 2nd.

Handicapped Championship. WashedSphinx512 wins the race. First place battle with 2 different strategies going on (circumstances rather than intentional as I don't think anyone gives that much of a monkeys). We have the steady eddie approach of FTR mov and the great/crap/great approach of Wortandysnose.
Ballast Championship. Jabbah, Pac-Man292, Skinny and e300vkb all within a point of each other.
Team Championship has my team, The Bandicoots, utterly dominating because we're fabby.
Knockout Championship, no upsets and so we're at the business end now, quarter-finals are e300vkb vs Rakanishu2199, Skinny vs Teamsreth, Zask vs Flagnag, Wortandysnose vs FTR mov.

Driver of the week is Zask who started 332 laps and finished 108 of them

In League 1 Jabbah continues his comeback with 2 wins on the trot and pulls level with e300vkb, Skinny is Mr Consistent with another 3rd place. Down at the bottom, Born2BSlow pulls his finger out and gets a very respectable 4th place, dragging himself level with Djbuzz07.
League 2, Pac-Man292 and Teamsreth looking well clear in the promotion slots. Dpb1975 and zartherb in the relegation slots, IanB-Lincs gives himself some breathing room with a 5th place.
League 3, Wortandysnose and LazyTurtle clear at the top, relegation battle is a 3-way affair, 100Years, chmashdejare and oldmodelt.

Race Report from Indianapolis Motor Speedway in a Ligier JS P2 Judd.

10 out of 10 for effort for Zask, who seemed to be constantly on this combo racking up 122 laps and ending up a very respectable 3rd overall. It was however Jabbah that takes the honours, followed by e300vkb.
In League 1, this leaves Jabbah 4 points clear of e300vkb, but very tight for 3rd between Flagnag, Djbuzz07 and Zask. Pac-Man292 and Rakanishu2199 firmly rooted in the relegation zone.
League 2, old-chad destroying everyone, 4 wins out of 4, and A_Chalk_Outline also safe in 2nd. Dpb1975 in the relagation zone but tight for the other slot between Raify and tuomijr.
League 3, PowderMonkey540 lepas into the lead as Paicey09 didn't clock a time this week.
Handicapped Championship sees PhilChurch41 take the win, oldmodelt sneaks into 1st overall

Trier of the week is A_Chalk_Outline, who started 256 laps and must of worn out his boost button.
In League 1, Jabbah takes his 4th win of the season and is all but mathematically certain of winning from e300vkb. Pac-Man292 and Rakanishu2199 are now definitely relegated.
League 2, old-chad makes it 5 out of 5, but a close one this time, only 0.03 secs ahead of A_Chalk_Outline. Relegation zone is very tight with only 1 point between Dpb1975, Raify and tuomijr.
League 3, PowderMonkey540 and Paicey09 looking good for promotion.
Handicapped Championship sees myself take a glorious and well-deserved win, old-chad moves into 1st overall
Phat-Bud wins the Ballast Race, and at the top it's level pegging between Jabbah and Zask.

Race Report from Long Beach Street Circuit in a Ferrari 333 SP

It's e300vkb that takes the win by 0.1 secs from Zask. Shout out to Kuku Maddog who started nearly 300 laps.
League 1. e300vkb clear at the top and barring a disaster at Spa next week should be champion. Skinny in real trouble for relegation and it's going to be a shoot-out between Born2BSlow (been in League 1 pretty much since this started) and Pac-Man292 for relegation.
League 2. Maskmagog doing stormingly well this season and well clear, FTR mov will be following him into League 1. 3 way battle for relegation between PowderMonkey540, chmashdejare and oldmodelt.
League 3. Raify and Dpb1975 should be good for promotion.
Handicapped Championsip. Kuku Maddog wins this week and it's chmashdejare who jumps 8 places into the overall lead.
Ballast Championship. Rakanishu2199 wins, e300vkb overall leader.
Team Championship. The Bandicoots win, but Fast(ish) n Loud well clear overall.
Knockout Championship. Maskmagog takes out FTR mov and e300vkb gets a bye into the final, because I cocked up the initial draw. Anyway it's a Maskmagog vs e300vkb final.

Quick report from Sakitto with the opening race of the season.
Well, Jabbah is back with a vengeance, taking the win by 0.4 secs, followed by e300vkb, Zask and Shakey_Jake188. old-chad again giving it his all with 280 laps started.
League 1, leaders as above, relegation zone has A_Chalk_Outline and FTR mov attempting his renowned promoted to League 1, straight back down again manoeuvre.
League 2, Born2BSlow quickly in the lead in his attempt to return home to League 1, LazyTurtle 2nd. No shows from the American contingent, chmashdejare and dibs
League 3, Shakey_Jake188 and Rakanishu2199 the early front runners.
Handicapped championship has oldmodelt taking the first win.
Team championship, no-show from PowderMonkey540 costs Fast(ish) n Loud (think he's gone for good, Born2BSlow, you might want to substitute him out) and The Bandicoots take a glorious victory.

This week it's e300vkb who takes the honours, beating Jabbah by 0.3 sec. old-chad the only other person within touching distance takes 3rd, everyone else at least a second behind.
League 1, Jabbah and e300vkb joint top, A_Chalk_Outline gets an impressive 4th, pushing Maskmagog into the relegation zone with FTR mov.
League 2, Born2BSlow 2 for 2 and well out in front already, then 5 of us within a point of 2nd place. chmashdejare and dibs (no-show) in the relegation zone.
League 3, Rakanishu2199 gets the 10 points drawing level with Shakey_Jake188.
Handicapped championship, Rakanishu2199 wins but it's Kuku Maddog out in front overall.
Team championship, The Bandicoots take a glorious victory with Fast(ish) n Loud continuing to struggle.

There is indeed extra decimal places not displayed on the website, however unbelievably Pac-Man292 and e300vkb have clocked times identical to 5 decimal places, which is the same time to the nearest hundred thousandth of a second (odds of this slightly mitigated by Pac-Man292 entering the time manually to 3dp). I'm going to have to give the official win to Pac-Man292 as he got his time in the fewest laps completed, but well done the pair of you for a Stoopid Challenges first!

Well, agdownie and e300vkb have done it again and are clear of the pack, level on points with an identical set of race results. So on countback of times over the 6 races, agdownie takes it from e300vkb by 0.248secs. Zask watches on in 3rd.
Unusually, in the handicapped championship agdownie wins that as well followed by FTR mov and e300vkb. That's bad news for the rest of us, because if you are doing well in the handicapped championship it normally means you're getting quicker.
In the ballast championship, e300vkb sneaks it from agdownie, with FTR mov 3rd.
