Wow, I checked the table of provisional results on RBR, and is a bit discouraging see my name so far away from the leaders haha

I actually enjoyed the X2019 at the Ring in the new challenge againt the AI (whatever its called), such a nice flow and much corners flat out, it's amazing in VR also, but knowing how aliens usually do at this track, especially our Japanese friends, I guess I'll be at least 10 seconds behind

Based on the leaderboard times for that challenge I'm about 30s a lap behind. Think I'll skip that one, getting even 3rd in the race was annoying enough.

Always have problems with the middle section of GVH using the Gr cars, so a good chance to figure it out in a nice slow car.

I mean, it's harmless isn't it? The prize is percentage based, not placement based. If he was putting 3 people out of gold then you'd have more reason to be concerned but there's no prizes for top 100.

Top 10 I can understand being miffed at but that's it.

I think I have to side with @SPDN Stefano here. The "prize" for many people certainly in this thread isn't the credits that come with gold, silver or bronze, but the bragging rights of placing high on the leaderboard, also especially the GTP leaderboard. I'd rather see "people" compete there than "accounts". Then again I never really understood the appeal of maintaining multiple accounts in the first place (other than being able to re-play the single player campaign), but that's just me.

Yeah that is what it really boils down to. Competing with real people for position on the leaderboard, not battling a guy with three accounts and another guy with five. My PB on GT time trials is like 279th on Lake Louise. How many duplicate accounts were ahead of me? I don't know. It makes the statistics meaningless.

(Actually I think visually it's not nice to have 3 of the same person in a big group, if they are 100+ places apart then nobody would really notice - imo)

Here's the latest guide for those wanting some fun at Grand Valley! It's a fantastic time trial, not sure whether I'll touch the redbull at nurburgring as I can't imagine anything worse. I actually don't even want to watch the Nations final either due to that combo.

You know always look at bright side of life, so I am home sick, fever and things included in that..but Grand Walley wohoooo... Nice one...I mean until Jeddah joins since he loves this kinda of TTs and drop time by a second or two..
Anyhow, first session under fever, happy with that.

Don't count your chickens yet. The X2019/Nordschleife combination (or whatever they choose) would be a separate TT under the World Series banner if they 1) do it and 2) repeat what they did for the three rounds' linked TT events.

Yeah, you guessed right. But we got one for humans too which is nice 🙂
(I understand sponsorship money and so on but not tempted to take X2019 for a spin on green hell)

I'm 12 seconds away from gold 🤣, Invalidated lap, but I'm miles away, I was following a gold ghost, and in every sector I was seconds slower.

Regarding the multiaccount subject, I don't understand the goal of doing that, I prefer see in the leaderboard one time per person, in the end is what it matters.

I’m pretty certain I’ve reached my natural limit. No improvement on my VR account but I managed to improve the others to the same point.

My old account is now in the lead. Currently 57,60 and 63 on the global leaderboard.

Put up a couple bronze times with the controller for my daily marathon this morning. Potentially gold at Grand Valley. Not sure what the future holds in the X2019. Silver is 30 seconds off. Ugh. I'm not real happy about adding a bronze to the tally at Catalunya this morning but otoh my time was in the top 5% of all players which is higher than my average in the TTs so oh well.
