And that is why I don't completely trust him either. I don't care how you try to justify it or what kind of lame ass excuse someone uses, cheating is cheating and once they do it, I have a hard time trusting that person again.

Just ran a few laps with some tweaks to Stewy's GSX & managed a 100.5xx though lost a tenth on the final corner (You can still run the TT for the next 13 days - just scroll to the end of the seasonal events). Will post the setup here for future reference.
