Tune finder work on a controller or wheel.

1.) I back out of qualifying because I tuned on my car.
2.) I disconnected from the lobby.

Replay showed that you paused and quit. Disconnects don't get penalised, quitting does. And you also admitted to quitting qualifying despite the fact that I couldn't previously prove it. Regardless, you have the penalty. The rule is almost a month old, not new. Discussion over.

I'm only one get penalty for disconnect or power go out. Isn't fair for one person.

I think angel hate me. That way she penalty me for disconnect.
