REMINDER: The First Super GT Race is today! Practice Starts at 6:00pm EDT, Qualifying at 6:20pm EDT, Race at 6:45pm EDT. Hope to see you there! Please post on here or send me a PSN message if you can make it.

I would like to officially petition my entry here as the #7 SC430. I'm only here to do two things: Patch relations between INBD and IRG, and to provide everyone the actual facts between both series. Not here to fight, but to race, observe, and clean up another of Hardy's missteps. If I am not allowed in, I understand.

You can race all you want, and I have nothing against IRG or TBICS, it was just me replying to hardy's "INBD=Disasterous" comment. He honestly has had to many stupid move and outbursts, I really have no reason to forgive him this time.

I'll try to do everything I can to bring rational thinking to him. At least he won't have a powerful part of TBICS weekends.

Trobes how did the race go? May I ask what happened with hardy?
Ended up ending after 60 Laps or so, many people ragequit. Hardy had a hissy fit because I detuned the HSV even though Bowling ran 1:33.1, the fastest overall time...While in an HSV.

it seems no matter what series you do yours going to have one or two that has a hissy fit huh

Well, looking forward to debuting at Motegi in the Lexus. From the sound of it, Motegi needs to have more effort from the drivers. I'm pledging to endure the entire race, and I challenge my competitors to do the same. A driver isn't a competitor if they give up a race halfway through. Trobes, will Motegi be night or day?

Probably day to night. Although I am considering delaying this league a slight bit to ensure driver commitment.

For those racing in TBICS, I will be publishing a thing called track notes before each event. Trobes has given me permission to post here as well for GT500, so without further adieu, my track notes on the Twin Ring Motegi Road Course. Enjoy...
Location: Motegi, Haga District, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan
Track Length: 2.983 miles (4.8 kilometers)
Race Length: 52 laps (249.6km/155.1 mi)
Estimated Best Lap: 1:47.7 under dusk conditions
Estimated Average Lap: 1:49.5
Pit Window: 36-42 laps (1 stop race)
Safest Passing Areas: Turns 1, 2, 4, 9, 10, 11
My Personal Experiences: Motegi is a highly technical but very dynamic track. In a race run day to night, tire wear will get better here more so than most other places. High downforce setups seem to be the safe and fast way to go if tuning in a hurry, but fine tuning can get up to 1 second more out of a lap. Surface is smooth, allowing for nice rotation in corners. No one vehicle has a distinct advantage, making consistency and pit strategy key to gaining places.

its actually 250km but other than that, very accurate

I thought it was 500km. My bad. I will recalculate.
EDIT: Race distance changed to reflect correct distance in kilometers and miles.

From what I experienced earlier today, Tuesday will be a blast. A lot of competition and skill will be key. I am psyched for this.

Not unless you have trouble with fatigue or just don't pay attention. It's a rather straightforward track.

Any feedback on my track notes would be appreciated. I want them to be informative, understandable and helpful.

A few things I'd like to ask as we prepare for Motegi:
1) How are points awarded and were points handed out in Fuji?
2) Is the a manufacturer's championship?

Compared to a 1:48.6 average from an actual SGT car?
EDIT: On my track notes, 1:47.7 is the theoretical best lap of the whole race, factoring in draft and lower fuel capacity (about 25 liters left to be precise). Running consistently the best lap as an average would mathematically make 1:46s reachable in that machine, something unfathomable in even the HSV with a month of constant tinkering. Just stating a fact here, and that car is ludicris to say the least (being a VGT, I expect nothing less)
