I was watching and there was a gap from my angle, and ok, it may extend, but when j first started, I was kinda the same way, but nobody got mad bc they kinda expected it and I got a lot better, and if no rules are broken, than there is no getting away with things, and to bad you feel that way about the last race bc I think I could beat you here, I'm running good times already

At least Dcrimnal acknowledges penalties when given. "If you no longer go for a gap that exists, you are no longer a racing driver". The gap WAS there, and he went for it. If he had broken a rule, you would be in, with the top 4 being in the final race.

At the Nurburgring, I locked up the brakes and I admitted it as soon as it happened. What you did tonight, between blatent disrespect to Angel and then that stupid stunt at the finish, I have a plenty valid reason to be pissed. I know I'm not an amazing driver, and to be in the position I was in meant more because I hardly have that ability. And once again, you ruined it.

Senna's rule doesn't apply when you know you will wreck someone. He isn't Senna, he isn't even an Alan at this point.

Regardless of who you are, Senna's rule applies. There was a gap you left, and tried to close it when he was already there. Not all moves work as a driver, but that doesn't mean you can't try. The only "pillsbury" is YOU, you're acting as if you're above the rules because you were in the championship, as if Dcrimnal should be penalized for things that weren't against the rules, but since they involved YOU they should be punished. Slap on the wrist? No, he's been penalized where necessary, but only been told to be careful when he races hard. Can't penalize for racing hard.

Dcrimnal didn't do anything wrong though, he went for a gap, and Hardy tried to close it on him, and failed. I wouldn't use Hardy as a source for the incident because he is just raging for something that was just a racing incident.

And to clarify, I'm tired of hearing about how Hardy says it isn't fair or that he was wrecked. I'm also not going to be represented by someone who thinks "Senna's Law" always applies. Senna wasn't a respectable racer, he was a manipulator as a lot of the 80's F1 drivers were and if that's condoned here, then it explains why I haven't been too hurried to race here. You respect other racers and you try NOT to put them in positions where crashing is near inevitable, which apparently happened. Bambi is correct, there's definitely driver issues.

Hate to be double and triple posting but phone is not friendly. I don't even really care. I can see from Hardy's phone recording that there was some sort of tribute but none of that was necessary. What I'm going off of is the racing alone.

Crashing wasn't inevitable, it was the last lap, @DcrRaikkonen went into a gap that WAS there, and Hardy tried to squeeze him. If you think Hardy has done nothing wrong then you're sadly mistaken. He's clearly broken the GTPlanet AUP Rules multiple times on this page alone so far, and he tries to say that @DcrRaikkonen has raced him dirty in the past, even though he only ever 100% wrecked Hardy at High Speed Ring. Contact is fully allowed in this series as long as it doesn't completely take out a driver. By Hardy's logic and complaining, I should get penalized for how many times I've moved Jack out of the way, Dcrimnal should get penalized for every time he's bumped someone without an effect, and Hardy should get penalized for how many times he tried blocking me at Tsukuba and Nurburgring. Just because someone races you rough, doesn't mean they made a wrong move, Hardy's just overly upset because this was his first chance at a GTPlanet Championship.
