Something light-hearted...

SQL is a database programming language called Structured Query Language. There's an open source version that a lot of web programmers (myself included) use called MySQL, which is alike in all respects, only it's free (which is a good thing).

So, how do you say? Do you pronounce each letter as an acronym (ESS-QUEUE-ELL) or do you run them all together (SEQUEL).

Or are you scratching your head right now?

I pronounce all the letters. I've never heard anyone say it otherwise. But I've only heard about five people say it at all.

For acronyms, I usually spell them out, and that's what I do here too.

I mean, com'n, who the hell pronounces "LOL"-- Lowl?

I'm always scratching my head.
I'm always itching. The girl that sat next to me in Spanish this past semester got mad at me because I kept scratching myself, and then she would start scratching herself...
