"Todays Special "database. Similar idea that franz had for the JPN/Asian version.
I started a new game save and once you buy a car it puts you on day two. Then it cycles in 29 days and starts over again.

Yes if you restart your game and buy a car you are at day 2.
You physically cant enter the "todays special" until day 2.

I spend 7 hours to make mine
most of my time was trying to figure out the stupid action function in photoshop
because it didn't record when I moved the layer or chose different files sometimes ...
screwed me up from time to time
so I am pretty happy now someone done the database before I go

Since we can't buy wheels and store them in the garage like in GT3, I figured this is about the most convenient thing to use. Ive been using it nonstop since I made it yesterday for the photomode. Glad you guys are using it too.
edit: Another trick is to buy each set of tires for your car. Standard, racing, dirt and snow. Then you can put at least 4 different wheels on each car. Well some cars dont allow you to buy all the tires but most do.

When you see 9 different wheel companies screen, there is an option below them, it shows "wheel of the day" or "today's special". When you enter that, you will be shown 15 wheels depends on which day you are on.
However you can only buy one wheel for each day, so if you want to buy the same wheel for a different car, you will have to wait 29 or 32 days
That's why this database is so handy when this situation happens to you

I ended up using this database for almost 10 hours straight on saturday. I think I even ended up posting over 50 pics of different wheels too.
Im going to put this in my sig for people to locate easier.

i think they are waaayyy cooler. and they always change, so you never know what you may find!

the crazy/cool part is you can put rims from different cars on. like if you find rims from a Mitsu. 3000 you can put those on your Cien (not like you'd want to )

I bought some used rims that look lilke old knock offs from the 70s and put them on the Camaro SS.

To buy used rims, go to GT Auto, select Wheel Shop, choose the tire type, then click on Today's Special on the bottom of the screen

I also love em. It's really sweet when you get a pretty "meh" car from one brand (say a BMW 1 series) and get to drop some M5 rims on it! Really makes it look sweet. You've all probably noticed by now but the codes at the bottom and the center caps of each of the used rims can help you place them, HO for honda, BM for BMW, etc.
