Top Gear Test Track - Fastest non-race car?

Since I enjoy watching the Top Gear TV show, I figured I would try to emulate what the stig does in trying to fid the fastest car around the lap.

My rules are simple:
Any Non Race car.
Oil change.
Racing soft tires.

Note. You must pull up to a complete stop before the starting line before any attempted lap.

For the most part this kept the playing field even.

I have tried out most of the expensive top cars in the game, and the fastest around for me was the Bugatti Veyron.

Has anyone else been able to beat the Veyron with another stock car around this track?

I'm not going to post lap times because I'd prefer the comparison against your own driving abilities.

Well, the "R" stands for Race and it uses slick tires also.

It's not a road legal car anyway even if you change the tires as it doesn't have any indicator lights.

Yea I figured the Zonda R would be faster, but I did not test with it.

It's one of those I saw as a Race car. Any other ideas? When I get home I will test out the R and see how what difference it is, time wise, just for kicks. I will also list out some of the other cars for comparison.

I really enjoy that track!

you say non race cars yet allow race soft tires? doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose? i'd say sport soft, max. as top gear doesn't allow slicks on their lap board, why should we?

Racing Softs are pure slick, not allowed under TG's rules, so maybe Sports will have to be used?
