I'm gonna give you some wikipedia comments..
i see people saying touge is either all uphill or downhill course? WRONG.. watch videos on youtube lol.. Touge is basically mountain pass racing. no-where does it say you are either up or down lol.
"Tōge or Touge (峠?) is a Japanese word literally meaning "pass." It refers to a mountain pass or any of the narrow, winding roads that can be found in and around the mountains of Japan and other geographically similar areas, like the legendary Nordschleife in Germany."
PING!!!.. Toscana can be used as Touge as it is in a geographically similar area. You are up and down constantly going round tight windy corners and s-bends.
"These passes have become popular with street racers and motorsport enthusiasts because they provide a challenging, albeit dangerous, course."
You all get this idea from Touge being uphill or downhill from Race Driver:Grid or NFS Carbon yes? because that's the only place it is found lol..
consider looking into other resources rather than just blurting it out!.. this isn't aimed at anyone in particular so dont get all hot & bothered.. but wait people have too much pride on here to oversee some things :L
