Tourist / Turismo Competition Week 2

He seems awfully relaxed for someone going at 857.9 mph...

ooooooo...nice Idea. To bad the the brake rotor textures on all TT bikes are as ultrashot would say..."CRAP"

Wow, its going to be REAL tough choosing the top ten. Everybody so far has awesome shots entered.👍

A lot of sweet shots, this comp looks like it is going to go well.👍
Don't know if I will enter, may enter something already in my gallery. :D

... how is it even acceptable?

Well it doesn't look like he broke any rules with editing. And to me it still fits the theme, the Caterham and the bike must have been in mid race, and the Caterham "bumped" or purposefully wrecked the guy on the bike because he wanted to gain a position. To me it still fits the theme, which was, two or more vehicles that "appear" to be battling for postition.

I don't know what to tell you man, it stays.

Well first off he isn't running over the bike, the bike is flying of the car. Secondly, they are still racing, just because the bike is off the ground means nothing, since the car also seems to be in the middle of wrecking.

Anyways, you could of disagreed in a more polite sorta way, instead of calling somebody else's shot "lame". That's very disrespectful. You could just as easily of said, "DO, I don't think your shot quite fits the theme given for this week". But whatever, the choice was yours to express your concerns, I've heard you out, and have decided to let the shot stay in since no one else seems to have a problem with it.

yes, and its disrepestfull to be running over a bike with a car in the name of competition. thats nothing more than a sign of a bad loser.

and, i dont see any way that it could be anything other than the bike getting ran over.

Its just a picture. The first part of your post there is you taking the shot a little too serious.

And the bike isn't literally being ran over, technically its flying over the car. Who knows what happened, the bike could have wrecked by itself for some reason not involving the car at all, and the car is sliding trying to avoid the bike. Who knows? It still doesn't matter, it stays.

it looks like the car went into a drift and nailed the bike with the side of the car.

but, this is where we agree to disagree.
