If you are fond of NASCAR, you may know that the Toyota Tundra will challenge the Craftsman Truck series. This is my first-ever poll on this Forum Site. So answer it using your best idea.

Rumor has it that Toyota will enter Nextel Cup in 2006 with a Toyota Celica. I got this from "Hot Compacts and Imports Magazine" from... maybe somewhere between April-June 2003.

This topic is open to circle-trackers and American racing followers. Even if you don't like NASCAR or American trucks, you have to admit that Toyota is bringing parity. I just hope people don't discriminate on Toyota's NASCAR efforts like the muscle car people do to Hondas.

Anyhow, how do you think they will do? Post a reply, answer the poll, or both.

Yeah, in like 3-4 years however.

Truck-wise, I'm backing up the Tundras all the way, a little 'manufacturer nationality' variety just might spark some interest in me to watch. Certainly not on the short tracks though, I have better stuff to do instead of watching those.

I don't think they'll kick ass beginning at Daytona, they might get their asses kicked a little but once they're in it for while I think it'll be close. It depends greatly on which drivers will be behind the wheel too.
