Event looks like great fun but I believe I have prior commitments during the race time. Might get a car and tune it up just to see what I can do if I get bored but I don't think I can race.

Best of luck!

I’ve had a few laps here. Saying I’ve tested would be over stating it a bit, but my first thoughts are:
1. @praiano63 tune is better than leaving the car stock. Unless you know what you’re doing with tuning, I suggest you use this as your starting point.
2. I pushed the ride as low as I could get it to reduce weight transfer.
3. Only gear edits I did was move top speed to 162mph. Car hits 161mph just before the kink on the back straight. That’ll do me!
4. I kept BB at zero, that prolly needs moving to front a little as car is twitchy going down the hill.
5. Braking zones are long!
6. My optimal lap time was 2:16.014. But wasn’t pushing at all or running hard over curbs (see point about ride height) and with fuel and tyre wear on.
7. Could be an interesting race as even the fast drivers are likely to make errors, so a smooth and steady run could be well rewarded.
