Not seeing it. Pretty sure I have you as Friend already.

Or I can wait 5 seconds. :dunce:

After having a spotty connection for the last few minutes, I am on.

While I finished way better then I ever imagined I would (After at best 10 minutes of practice last night), I am still just annoyed at the mistakes made. The spin as well as the awful rejoin (after out braking myself by myself, which is beyond infuriating) are the highlights that make me not happy about Race 1. Race 2, lap 1 was still abit unpleasant but that wasn't my fault this time. The spin however in the area I managed to get right 7 laps in a row however is just unacceptable to me. I don't expect to be quick as I am still learning the wheel but its annoying that I am still making basic mistakes, mistakes I stopped making long ago on pad.

Good race and fair enough this was a tough combo to get right, just feels like I regressed badly and this the kind of combos I love doing.

Well, it looks like things turned out very well for me in the end. Wasn't happy with my car's acceleration when I learnt we were doing a standing start for the sprint race, so made some tweaks to the differential so that I didn't make myself a nuisance if I qualified near the front. My final LSD settings were:
  • Initial Torque: 30
  • Acceleration Sensitivity: 20
  • Braking Sensitivity: 30
Somehow, I found the Mustang much better to drive than in practice (where I somehow mistakenly set the weight to 110% instead of 111%). Would have easily gone into the 2:11s in qualifying had I not misjudged my braking coming into the Esses and picked up a penalty on the final lap, but still was very happy with the way it was responding through the twisty parts. Almost in between a Gr.3 and a Gr.4 car, I reckon.

Expected some improvements off the line in the sprint race with the diff changes, but not the rocket start that gave me a handy cushion throughout over @Pigems. My focus wasn't so much on outright pace as much as setting consistent laps and keeping in between the white lines, even if it lost me time through the moments where I crossed up.

Feature race was a case of following Pigems around and sitting back while the chaos of the first few laps unfolded. As wonderfully captured by @O604, I nearly threw it onto the grass myself while drawing alongside Pigems up Mountain Straight, and didn't get away without a few minor wall taps. Still, I kept mostly out of trouble and was just able to avoid getting jumped after staying out longer before my stop. 32% fuel (4.9 laps) was more than enough to get me to the finish while dipping under the 2:13s.

Thanks @Drex124 for hosting another great event with a fantastic combo. I also have to thank Pigems and @praiano63 for the setups they shared in the lead up to the race; I'm no expert tuner, but their settings helped me turn the Mustang into something which I can consider a potent and well-handling monster. To round things off, here are a few screenshots from both races showing my machine in anger:
