TPC Presents: TPC World tour, Powered by Michelin. Champion - Spinerkopin

I was gutted for you in race 2. Having dirty tyres for sertees (I think it’s sertees) is the worst!!

Great racing tonight everyone. Kudos to @PaoloMX for hanging it out round the outside of dingle del and Sheene

I was so happy I made that move stick and kept the inside for Stirlings. You got me on the next lap anyway. That’s the great thing about racing with this group on Sundays - it would have been suicide in a daily :nervous:

Some really good battles last night right across the field - thoroughly enjoyed both races.

@Adam Barber PS i think you’ve been a bit generous on the points for 3rd place and given me and sunshine a bonus point for last night.

My bad, I'll adjust it shortly. Just keep up your great driving

Car is ready for Laguna Seca

I've done about 20 laps in the Ford Focus. Its not easy to get the hang of. I was expecting to be able to throw it around a bit, but doesn't feel to me that the car likes it at all.

Best so far 1:31.102. Lobby mode with fuel in.

Still cannot figure out why I had no pace. Once Barber pulled away, I just couldn’t make it work in the slower corners. The last corner, I couldn’t get faster than 25 mph and make the corner. It just didn’t fit my driving style or something.

It was a combo that took some getting used to, I was on 50:50 torque split.

I think I saved it, will upload it in a minute.

I was at 30:70, I think @Spinerkopin had it further to the front because he was getting better traction on the slow exits but I had to save front tyres.

Edit: Race 2 finish

It's the setting on the middle? I had the same one I think with BB at +2. Wasn't a fan of putting more on the front, too much understeer

It sounds like we were on exactly the same then, you were getting on the power a lot quicker coming out the final corner. Race 2 was a nice fight, I just couldn't close the gap in race 1 even with you and Pigems fighting.

I struggle with Laguna anyway, but the car/track combo made it very difficult for me to get consistent lap times.

I had 40/60, but probably should have shifted to 30/70 from the comments above to make it more stable.

Race 2 managed to be a bit better and had a good fight with @DelboyD until he got away. Then it was just trying to keep a gap to @Adam Barber until the end. Messed up the last corkscrew and he was all over me for the final corners but just held out by 0.014s with some desperate blocking.

Good race, but happy to see the back of Laguna after 2 weeks running!
