And the fudging around continues, I'm no longer hosting as Ben & MT have jumped to conclusions and are starting their own room to let Elvis join even though we could have sorted the problem out in the original room. Some people would like to be finished before Christmas here!!

Well we are heading into the final stretch of this series, with only 4 rounds remaining. 'The Finals' kick off this week with the Top 6 drivers all fighting to be the 2014 Track Stars Touring Car Champion! We didnt have a good turnout last week due to a number of factors but hopefully things will be improved this week.

Club
As a result of the recent game update, we now have the ability to create clubs. I elected to wait until after the Grand Valley race before establishing the club, but we are now online in the Gran Turismo 6 community. This weeks and all future races will now be held within the club lobbies. Hopefully this may improve the connection stabilities as well as improving procedure in the worst case scenarios. I ask everyone to join the club so they can take part in the races!

Mercedes-Benz Motorsport isn't Happy
Mercedes-Benz Motorsport isn't happy about Tsukuba. A spokesperson said, "The technical team at M-B Motorsport is not happy about the decision to race at Tsukuba, the track is too small and too short. We have had to consider testing a TCS package for the first time and have had to run awkward setups. Couple that with limited running time and we are in trouble. If certain events continue behind-the-scenes, we will consider pulling out."

I know... just sneakily bumping the thread while making the next race interesting. I honestly love Tsukuba, probably one of the most challenging tracks we've gone to. Anyway, in other news, I won't be able to race tomorrow as I'll be prepping my kart for my final race of the year. However, I do have a replacement in the form of one of my friends using my account, treat her well, I'm sure you will!

One of my favorite days of the week, RACE DAY!
I just found out that the speedway meeting next week will see my class do Time trials at the start of the night, so the next 2 weeks will be a good chance to brush up my skills in setting that fast lap under pressure, before I start doing qualifying in the real world!

I stopped to give you your spot back . . . good fun racing lads! (and lady), (if indeed it was?) - Got to do practise . . . bloody hard just turning up and trying to match it with you guys!! Ah well Suzuka here we come . . . away racing this weekend, pitcrewing for a mate, last duties for the year . . . so maybe time to get some practise in! Was a great night, unfortunately I cost myself the round trying to help give Fullgas a few extra points!
In the end it was my own fault for messing around like I did. I thought that because I had given Fullgas a couple laps in the lead I'd take the lead back before MT passed both of us, but I stuffed it in the grass and nearly wiped all 3 of us out! Oh well, it was still good fun!
Thanks to Elvis for the good racing at the start of race 3, I was trying to get past without disadvantaging you and just couldn't manage it. And then you binned it when I didn't run into you! I'm sure you would have had the win if it wasn't for that!
Looking forward to Suzuka next week, should have all results posted in the next day or so, along with standings and a drivers briefing.

It's not Mrs. NW48, Just a friend, I'm not even the legal age to marry someone. Anyway, in unfortunate news, I am pulling out as I'm sick of people saying it was me and not a replacement, which it was, this was the final straw in a long range of things that have sadly seen me doubt myself and feel unwanted, until then, may I wish everyone in this series good luck for the championship and thank you for all the help, praise and exhilarating, close racing. I'm disappointed that it ended this way, but that's just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. Thanks again everyone!

hey ITZ, as of the new changes, in the way of Qualifying for every race. im guessing those results in 2nd/3rd Qualifying are not coming into play (points) in the future mate?
yes great racing. cant believe i was running 5xx in power and the perfect set up. then someone pulls me up on it to change to 600, and it through the car out of whack, as in the setting i used all week down the drain. although the car was fast, cant complain about that. and my fault for no oil change, talk about a noob!
well done to everyone, every single driver last week was FAST, and in my eyes, it came down to silly little mistakes, example: grass
yes, 3rd race ITZ, i held on buddy, i think me heart rate was up around 150BPM! then the pressure got to me, im not going to lie. i know i was fast, but for gods sake Elvis, stay on the bloody track mate!
im actually pissed off i never saved that 3rd race, all i wanted to watch was those first 2 laps of 3rd race and i will never get to watch it now
those 2 laps were fun as.

I'm going to stick with not giving a point for pole position in race 2 and 3 mainly because it has not been part of the series all year and its just an unfortunate problem as part of the club function.
Lucky it did get mentioned to you, you were flying after that!
It was definitely a close race meeting, I think there was only 6-8 tenths covering the field for the 2nd qualifying session.

Next years series is gonna be sooooooo competitive am REALLY looking forward to it!
but for now i think i will maybe focus on trying to take this title from Itz! and soks, elvis, gas, crow... LOL jesus its not an easy ask aye!? BLOODY good comp!
