Hey, how about Seattle? It appeared in new NSX trailer.
It should be in since the new NSX is confirmed to be in GT6.

It means nothings, it smells like the FT-86 Concept 2009 trailer which includes some circuits that have never emerged in GT5.

Who said the tracklist from GT5 will be fully ported to this? Nobody ever said all the GT5 tracks are going to stay.

I could sure do without Route X, Kart Space, Alaska and all that crap.

I feel like I've posted this about 20 times but here we go again..

All of the cars and tracks from Gran Turismo®5, which has sold over 10m copies since launching in 2010, will be retained in GT6. But notable new additions to the already impressive line-up of historic cars, road cars and the latest race cars, brings the total car list to 1200 at launch, with new cars set to be continually added online.

The four DLC locations are seemingly not included in that number though so it's still up in the air.

I liked the Alaska area, not to crazy about Route X, kart space was ok.

GT6 must have the Four DLC locations.
Some rumors say, the Top Gear track, won't be in GT6, so GT6 need a test track(Route X), and I don't see PD launch GT6 without Montegi and SPA.
Besides that, for many people which did not buy the GT5 DLC's, the four locations, will be like new tracks.

There was one rumour TGTT wasn't in and everything else that source said was wrong. I'd be more inclined to believe PD.

I totally agree, the DLC tracks should be in there but once again as I feel like I've said 20 times, unless PD fudged their numbers there isn't room for them.

I was thinking about that chap and how wrong he / she was.

It may come back without the TG name. The course was designed by Lotus so it might belong to them.

Why make it so complicated?

The DLC tracks are included in the newer GT5 releases (as code). So why shouldn't they be included in GT6 as well?

Also the given car count of 1200 is too small, if we consider how many cars are already in GT5 and that they announced 200 new ones.

Also the given car count of 1200 is to small, if we consider how many cars are already in GT5.

The numbers of tracks has been on PDs site since the Silverstone announcement and they haven't changed or fixed it. They say the total is now 33. Not 'about' 33, not 'more than' 33, 33.

With all of the GT5 vanilla tracks plus the new tracks that's already 32 IIRC. Clearly including the four DLC tracks would bring the number to 36.

GT6 will have around 1200 cars, because PD will make standards cars to premium cars.

Didn't vanilla GT5 already have 31 locations? DLC or no DLC, I doubt we only get two new locations in the GT6 main game. Especially since we know at least more than two new ones already.

Thats kind of dubious too, as the new premium Alpine A110 for example is not the same model as the standard one. So will the old one still count?

No.

Includes 31 locations with 81 layouts. Some tracks are affected by time and weather changes.

Look down the list and the four DLC locations are included in that number. Take them away and you get to 27 Vanilla. We then think they're merging the Eiger locations into one to get to 26, which would be 7 less than 33.

Ah ok,

your post:

Confused me a bit.

Yeah sorry, I meant if you add the confirmed new GT6 locations to the Vanilla GT5 number you get to more than 29 which would be required if the four DLC tracks were also included in that 33 number.

All we can do is wait and see.

I really hope they are merging the SSR tracks into one location rather than leaving GT5 DLC as DLC.

The problem with that is we know PD love numbers for marketing, why would they change that and start merging locations rather than list a bigger number?

I can never get the driving lines right on Brands Hatch. :(

Paddock Hill bend takes a while to learn. When I raced bikes there I knew I had gone quickly through Paddock because I would feel partially winded by the sudden change in elevation as the descent from Paddock changed into the ascent to Druids. My stomach would compress down onto the fuel tank and force air out of my lungs!

I'm expecting a DLC called Nostalgia and it includes all the original tracks or something

Expecting, or praying? I'd lean towards the latter. I doubt we'll see more than 1 or 2 'new' original tracks. I'm hoping some of the originals will be added.
