trakracer problems.. HELP!!

hello all i ordered a tr160 and monitor stand on may 3rd they said the order would be at the warehouse on may 31st but there was shipping delays but in their own words they got it around the 7th to the 10th thats 14 days ago and all i have received are emails stating "your order is processed completed thank you for your business" but i havent received my rig yet ................. has anyone else had this issue or received their rig from trakracer? my brother also got a tr80 so together we spent 2500$ between us and it feels like we got robbed ..... HELP : (

Call them. I assume you’ve already emailed their sales@ address, try support@ too

You should get a tracking number once the order has shipped

Oh ive done all that im not calling Australia already took enough of my money and the usa number is pointless no answer .... they email me everyweek saying i should have it this week 2 months later im still waiting

Im held hostage i want my rig thst i purchased over 2 months ago by the time i get the money back and buy a simlabsand have that delivered another couple of months at this point if i dont get it in a week im gonna try and get my money back...they can call me anytime they havent i called the usa number several times no answer left messages.. the email response are pointless they say yup mon -wed it should be there so you wait and well nothing time after time
