Essentially this treaty hands Sovereignty of the Country over to Corporate business, as well as a tighter fight against Piracy then SOPA.
Why is nobody reacting to this? Why are their no protests? These things are riot worthy. It's sad to see that nobody really seems to care about NSA spying on us or having our country sold to the highest bidder.
