Does anyone know at what level can we adjust the gear ratios individually? Or if that is possible at all?

Lol, any evidence to back that up? I can't adjust the ratios on mine, and people in here who are over level 20 are saying the same. Regardless, the idea that the ability to actually adjust the transmission that you just paid 20k for becomes slowly unlocked over time is preposterous.

By this logic, you're saying that PD decided to change the conventional formula, which is to race and slowly save money over time so that you can upgrade your car and progress through the game, to a new system where you do that, but when you finally can afford upgrades, you can't use them until you progress further in the game?

Hmmm, that's interesting, seeing as how you CAN'T progress through the game without upgrading your car to make it more competitive, lol. Clearly, this is a glitch (among many others), and this was not intentional. However, I just have to say that I think it's absolutely astounding that people like you are such loyal fanboys of this series that you will just mindlessly fabricate explanations about how this "new system" works rather than recognize an obvious glitch. Wow. Just, wow.

Changing ratios is changing the car itself.

In a driving simulation cars will be very itself.

Changing each ratio is like changing a car's chassis yourself.

That is why changing ratios is not in the game.

Simply because this is a driving simulator.

its not like changing the suspension.

Changing the suspension is simply improving the car like upgrading the engine.
